Originally, the synthstation25 is meant to be used with iPod Touch 4. When try with my iPod 4, the apps will sync BUT no sound. So it seems to be a problem with the audio jack connection.
Otherwise (if you have a connector you can use it with iPhone, iPad, etc.) it will work perfectly with iPod music apps eg. Music Studio, GarageBand.
