I'm Evan and I play guitar and sing for my 4 piece band, with Roger on Keyboard, Weiquan on Bass and Sanjay on Drums.
Right now we're doing bi-monthly gigs at Ben and Jerry's at the Cathay, for their acoustic sets bi-monthly!
I think many of you guys would already know they have a segment called H.O.M.E which stands for Happy Open Mic Exposure for bands to come forth and play acoustic sets on Saturdays. Basically this is a non-paid event in which bands volunteer to perform and share their music with the ice-cream eating crowd.
They also have a new segment which just started recently, and its called the Best of H.O.M.E and this happens on Tuesdays and the bands get to play for 2 sets instead.
So basically we are playing there on a Saturday, and a Tuesday of every month!
Im also doing solo acoustic sets there for H.O.M.E =)
The schedule would be 20th June 7pm - 8pm (Me), 4th July 8pm - 9pm (Band), 14th July 8.30pm - 10.00pm (Band)
So if you're just passing by, or catching a movie at the Cathay, come upstairs to the Scooper's Lounge @ Ben and Jerry's to check us out!
