Okay since the year is ending I thought it would be a good idea to know what everyone has bought over the year and what you would be getting rid off.

Here's my 2014 lookback.

Keepin'
PRS 408 10 top black gold

Mythical OD Klone
EBMM 250k VP Jr
T1m dual input buffer
TC Electronic Spark Booster
Xotic SL Drive
Analogman modded MXR 1974 Handwired Vintage Phase 90
Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 2+

Flippin'
XTS Atomic OD - Good sounding pedal but the SL Drive replaced it simply due to its tiny enclosure.

Incoming
TC Electronic T2 Reverb
TC Electronic Alter Ego V2

Seems like a good year for you! Haha! The only reason for the SL Drive is the size?

Bloody good year for you esp on the PGS duo TC $99 combo.

How's the Mythical OD? Feel like trying a KTR to see what the hype is about since everyone loves the Mythical, the ARC and all the other Klones but still admits that a Klon is still a Klon just like how a Fender is a Fender.

@peter01 - size was definitely a big factor. There is this characteristic on the XTS AO that Pete Thorn labeled as ‘sag’ in his video review. Very spongy, creamy, mid heavy textures that sustains forever. But for a rhythm tone, it lacks the crunch (familiar to British/Marshall esque amps) and the higher frequencies.

The SL Drive gives me that crunch thing, sounds awesome especially with my Gibson LP Std for such a small pedal. The only thing I miss is the 3 band eq.

@Zesn The duo TC pedals are on their way! =D
So many threads on the MO at TGP and on other Klones comparing them with each other! To be honest, I havent tried or heard an actual Klon on a live platform or owned an ARC or Rockett Klone so I cant compare them for you. But from my ears, the MO opens up the amp for you, thickens up the tone and causes the amp to sound like you are running it at high volumes. It boosts the lower mid frequencies and by turning up the tone knob you can get pretty sweet harmonics.

Right now i just leave my MO on pretty much all the time. The boosted mids help it cut through the mixes really well.
