2 Pin Plug on Amplifier

Hello,

I recently purchased my first bass guitar and amplifier. The amplifier is a Hartke A25.
It's a great amp, but the plug is a two-pin plug. Upon research, I realised it's called a 'Schuko' plug.
There is no earthing if it's used in Singapore.

My question is whether it is safe to continue using it like this, with an adaptor, or should I cut out the plug
and swap for a 3-pin 13A socket, like most appliances in Singapore?
Or, does anyone know where to buy amp power cables with the Singapore sockets?

If the power cable is the detachable type, just use power cables meant for monitors. Cost $5 to $6 at places like homefix or selffix.
