1x12 cab - anyone know of a good one to get?

Am looking for a 1x12 cabinet (similar to a Marshall 1912).

Does anyone know of any good alternatives that are available in Singapore?

just buy a cheap one and drop in a Celestion ??...

If you want just the 1X12 cab. You got very little choice here. I think it's even difficult to find a dealer who stocks any at all. (eg. SweeLee- peavey 112, meant for bandit)

One other alternative, get an old or spoilt combo amp, and discard the amp module, you got a cab already. (also not very easy to find too) I think ron of blueprintstudio is clearing his crate GXL80 amp on yahoo auctions.

or you can try those car hi fi shops
say redhill, sim lim sq, sim lim tower, queenstown etc

they sell empty box for 1x12, 1x15 etc etc
usually meant for mounting car sub woofer one
can modify to your needs.
