hmm,will it work for all kinds of pedals or does it onli work with certain kinds of pedals?

the 9v one works for pedals that needs 9v of power to run on. you can run as many pedals on it until it reaches its max capacity.

do a search on it on the forum. you can find much more stuff. alot has been repeated before i think.

Yes, it works with the majority.

For those pedals with reverse polarity, there is even a converter.
