It is with great sadness to offload my 12' 1958 Gibson Les Paul Reissue. Bought and shipped to me in singapore in May'12. The pots are upgraded with the RS guitarworks vintage kit with replica bumblebees caps. Absolutely no dents nor scratches. VOS faded Tobacco burst finish with a series of 'peek a boo' flames. Its really a nice cross over between a plain top and a lightly figured flame top.
Its kind of rare to have flames in a normal 1958 reissue in the recent years ( other than the chambered series ) This guitar was hand picked and offered to me by my dealer in the states. Comes with all original COA cert, tags, hard case and the other paper work, candies. Action was good! thanks to Malcolm for his amazing touches! Guitar had seen less than 2 hours of playing.
Due to the busy work commitments / schedule, cant afford keeping this as I have another 96 standard and a slash signature lp. couldnt bear to offload the other two so my latest guitar have to go..... More cash to settle my credit cards. hahaha... willing to offload at only $3400 (price dropped from S$3800.)
Retails locally for $5000 + ? (and thats just a plain top without any hint of flames). I got this R8 imported straight from the states first hand and it has less a total of less than 6 hours of playing time so. 99.9% of the fret life,never gigged, kept in smoke-free environment.
