Alvin here, I bought a maestro Torres in august last year.
right now, the upper frets are popping out and wouldnt really mind but the 13fret fret is poping out a little as well and the 12fret high E is now kinda muted.
I do love the guitar but the frets are become a hassle, i keep the guitar in an airconditioned room almost all the time. Does maestro have any warranty on this sorta thing? and if so, how long does repair take? I bought this guitar so i could use it in ABRSM exams, and right now, I have a grade 8 exam coming up in august so if i send it in and it takes like 2-3 weeks to get repaired, im in alot of trouble, and if i take the guitar in after august after the exam, the warranty (if there is one) would be over.
