    Where can I find a Boss DS-1 in Singapore right now?

    What do effects run on?

    Hi, so I'm new to this thing. Is anyone willing to teach me all about effects? I read stuff about batteries, A/C box etc. Does single effects run on batteries(or any external stuff I should buy) or can I just set it up like Amp----Effect----Guitar??
