Those who are in bands especially,knows that a certain system need to function to get the band moving,what kind of system do you like to see in your band? eg,with a band leader, or without etc...or other alternatives?

Does anyone knows any music related to the theme of martial arts,kung-fu or any style of fighting? "Eye of the tiger" by survivors could be one of them. :D
