Martin Karnolsky was born in Bulgaria and is holds the following degrees:
Bachelor of Music Education - National Academy of Music, Bulgaria;
Master of Marketing - University of National and World Economy, Bulgaria;
He is to defend his doctoral thesis in the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts – Sofia, Bulgaria, on the topic "Verbal and Nonverbal Communication of the Singer with the Audience".

Martin Karnolsky is the creator of his own methodology for training in STAGE PERFORMANCE. The methodolodgy is based on the fundamental writings of K. Stanislavsky, B. Brecht, M. Chekhov, J. Navarro, A. Pease, D. Morris, etc. The methodology is also enriched by the extensive experience of Martin Karnolsky in the field of the show business.

Martin Karnolsky has led master classes and workshops in numerous contries: Singapore, Vietnam, Bulgaria, Israel, Russia, Ukraine, France, Belarus, Turkey, Romania, FYROM, Serbia, Croatia, Germany, Italy and many others;

Martin Karnolsky has worked for the organisation of various music festivals and competitions held in over twenty countries around the world as an executive producer, manager of International contacts, member of the jury, presenter, etc.
