It normally won't take more then a week to fix such a problem. The warranty does cover this but your guitar must fulfill the 1 year warranty year with your receipt or at least registered online. Even if you don't have the above to fulfill the warranty, you'll still be entitled a 20% discount off repair charges.

Bring it down to us asap to solve this problem and i guarantee you'll pass your abrsm exam with flying colour
