I will be coming to Singapore in April to shop for a digital piano with weighted keys. Where should I go? My budget is about $1000 US. I have my own tastes as to what sounds good, so I'm not looking for recommendations for a model. I just want to know where the best selection and price is.

So assuming I get a MIDI controller, what music software should I get to go with it, and what sort of computer do I need to run the thing?
