Its a Wah pedal, and a Volume pedal, so you don't need both on your board.
They're are abit more common nowadays with Morley making some models. BUT, you can get this one for much cheaper, with the super solid Dunlop wah housing.
Wah tone? Even if I may say so myself, is silkier than the 535Q (which I've owned), and doesn't distort the signal.
Its also got a volume boost knob on the side. 0 - 20dB.
