Selling an all-original 1981 lawsuit era Tokai Springy Sound ST-50 Stratocaster in aged Olympic White for $750/-
Modeled after Fender's 50s Strat.
In this sale, I will include the original warranty card bearing the serial number of the guitar as well as the original Tokai leather case (cond. 5.5/10) and the term bar that came with it.
Specs:
Model: Tokai Silverstar ST-50 Springy Sound
Neck: Very slim. Between an Ibanez RG Prestige and Gibson 60s neck profile.
Neck Joint: 4 bolt
Color: OW Olympic White (Aged to yellowish white) with thin poly finish
Fretboard: Laminated rosewood - exactly like how Fender did it back in the day. This method proved to be labour and cost intensive.
Fretboard radius: 7.25"
Frets condition: 8.5/10
Pickups: 'U' pickups (All original)
Trem block: Original STEEL tremolo block with 'made in japan' stamp.
EVERYTHING on this guitar is 100% original from the day it left the factory in 1981.
Overall Condition: 8.5/10 (some light dings and scuffs)
Setup for string gauge 0.010
