What is Frequency Response and Sensitivity in Microphone?

Can someone explain to me what is frequency response and sensitivity in microphone?
Can you give me some example on what range is good? Thank you.

You can think of the microphone as your ear. Your ear can hear some pitch(frequency) better and some pitch not so well. Some people can detect a pin dropping (sensitive) while some people cannot even detect a coin drop (not so sensitive).

What are you using the microphone for? Do you have any model in mind?
