Hi Guys,
Trying to check if any of you have encountered this situation as well.
I have my Korg M50 connected to my Presonus Audio Box USB via Line Out, when the control knob is fully set to Input, i hear a faint shrill noise which is quite irritating. Though its audible only very minimally, and dies down once i start playing an instrument (dies down as in, becomes inaudible, though its still there). it gets recorded as well. I see that this does not happen if im using a VST instrument on my Cubase or Garage Band, but only happens for real instrument, what could be causing it? Is it anything to do with earthing problem?
At times i have felt a mild pinch on the metal parts of the M50 as well.
So i guess I have 2 questions here:-
1. How to cut out this noise interference?
2. What to do for the earthing problem?
Thanks for the advice folks,
Regards,
Ravi.
