Hi mates,

I've got an PM enquired about my items here on Talkbass .

This is the message that was sent:

I then sent some of the pictures of his email.
On the other hand, My google technique search has pointed out he is a scam

I just got a message from him as well. The thing to note is that he doesn't name the item. Scammers will typically say "it" or "the item". You should treat any mails like that as extremely suspicious and not send any information to them.

thanks for the quick response to inform fella softies. i got the same mail in the morning, was about to mail him until i saw this PSA.

unfortunately I emailed him already revealing my email address.

He replied saying he was in US now but wanted the bass to be sent to Malaysia.

I knew it was a scam immediately.
