Selling my vintage original issue Fender Jazz Bass Special, made in 1985/6 in in Japan's FujiGen factory, well renowned for their craftsmanship. Features P/J pickup configuration with a pickup selector (Bridge/Both/Neck), volume/volume/tone controls, and a Precision body with a fast Jazz neck (maple neck, rosewood fretboard).
Very light, comparable if not lighter than a more modern Aerodyne Jazz bass. Comes in a copper/salmon colour. Playability wise, its about 8-9/10, it has been recently setup and refurbished by Beez.
Soundwise, it sounds amazing tbh, used it for my band's recording as well as for one Baybeats show. Able to get everything from a great slap tone to a Duff Mckagan one since this is his signature.
Aesthetics wise, its about 6-6.5/10, has 3 noticeable dings, 2 on the front and 1 on the back, buckle rash, plus a few minor scratches here and there so this wouldn't be for the fussy buyers. Looking at around $850nego for it, please text/whatsapp 900four552five for enquiries!
