Looking For Experience Guitar Teacher

I am looking for an experience electric guitar teacher who can teach me more of the advance stuff. Been playing guitar for 3years but wish to get more serious.

I am looking to learn how to shred, solo, sweep pick and advance music theory. It would be good if you could teach me how to play a song by ear so that i do not have to rely on tabs.
