korg micro key 37 help!

my korg micro key 37 is unable to plug into the computer. Every time I plug it in, my screens says it is damaged. I suspect the port on the keyboard itself is damaged. Does anyone know a solution to this or anywhere I can get it repaired? It is not under warranty and I dont have the receipts anymore. Please advice. Thankyou!

correct, I think it needs to see a doctor; otherwise you may need to buy a new one
