Ibanez EWC30ASE acoustic, fried pickups?

Hi , i own an Ibanez EWC30ASE elctro acoustic guitar. When i plug it in to my amp there is a very loud hiss and i cant hear the guitar. Any idea what is wrong? and is so how much would it cost to get it fixed?

I have tried using a roland micro cube and a vox valvetronix ad50vt, still no sound but severe hiss. the built in tuner on board the guitar too goes berserk, when i pluck a string to tune, the lights go flashing sharp, flat even when the string is in tune.

switched it to clean mode yet? haha anw electric amps don't work well with acoustic pickups. when i plug mine into my vox pathfinder and i switch it to overdrive it was as if the devil was screaming lol might just be what you are experiencing but in clean it was fine(no devil lol)
