I am forming a band with a goal to perform in bars/pubs starting this year.
About me(guitarist):
-24 chinese guy, plays electric guitar as my main (both lead and rhythm), have been playing for 9 years.
-Able to play acoustic guitar, intermediate drums and basic rhythm bass guitar
-Able to sing chinese, english and korean songs
-Stays in the central-north
-Very particular with drummer's internal metronome
-Youtube channel for guitar covers: https://www.youtube.com/user/laserdance91
-Band influences are CNBlue, Against the Current, Boys like Girls, All Time Low, The Click Five, Guns N Roses, Maroon 5, Faber Drive, Yellowcard, We the Kings, Velvet Revolver, Green Day.
About me(bassist):
- 23-year-old Chinese guy, plays bass as main, can play very basic guitar and keyboard
- Stays in the east
- Prefers evening jams (usually same as guitarist)
- Partial to drummers' internal metronome
- Band influences are Muse, Bon Jovi and Breaking Benjamin (we will likely not go this heavy), mostly alternative rock
The band will mainly play in the following genres: English/Chinese Pop/Rock/Blues/EDM but no metal.
The 5-piece band is looking for 1 vocalist, 1 guitarist and 1 drummer of above average skills and respects each individual's influence. Bassist is found. Musicians who can do their role and can play keyboard will be highly considered.
