Forming a dual language J-rock/J-indie & alternative band!

Hi there!
I'm a singer-songwriter interested in forming my own band. I've been singing since primary school and I'm a music major in a local arts college, but my passion has always been Japanese music or anything that's alternative & indie. I took the language as a subject back in school so I'm able to write lyrics in both Japanese and English.
Right now, I don't get to do a lot of what I want in my current school and I think it'd be great if I could find my own people outside. I'm really serious about this project though, it's going to be a long-term one and commitment is very important to me. Also, my vision is not for us to be a cover band but I'd like to find our own sound, write originals and release/perform them. But of course it'll take a while for us to find that so don't worry! We'll start small and grow together. There's still a lot of things I need to learn in terms of vocal technique as well so do bear with me at times!

Here's some additional info that might be useful :

-All instrumentalist slots are opened! I'm trying to keep this around 4 members maximum. So maybe a drummer, a guitarist and a bassist. That'd be 4 including me. I can double as a rhythm guitarist at times, but I play acoustic though. Won't fit for all the songs. I'll eventually pick up electric when I save up enough. So for now the guitarist might have to double both lead and rhythm parts.
-Preferred age range 17-23!
-I'll try to book a studio for us in my school once every weekend so we can do our thing. Using my school's studio is free so we won't have to worry about that! No guarantee it'll always be available though!
-I'm looking more for personality/people I can easily click with - as I said this is a long term project so chemistry is very important to me. Don't worry about skill level. I have so much more I want to work on regarding my voice as well but I believe practice makes perfect. But of course I do have a certain standard I wish to keep.
-We won't only be doing Jap. We'll have full jap songs/full eng songs and a mix of both! One of my main goal is to also see what we can do when we put two languages together in our songwriting eventually.

Here are the kinds of music I'm into and wish to experiment with :

Japanese
Kami wa Saikoro wo Furanai - Anemone https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V_cHzP8Uexw
Kami wa Saikoro wo Furanai - Factor https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vYXOoXaBR-c
Ame no Parade - Tokyo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=csiHQtnbJTI
LAMP IN TERREN 緑閃光 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d1239V3xkY4

English
VARSITY - So Sad, So Sad https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WpWvlnMqLXc
Citizen - Ugly Luck https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2LxIsizPbls

For Jap-English songs, I still haven't found a band that blends both languages well together and in the same style I'm looking for (I know there's major ones like ONE OK ROCK and Man with a Mission, but I'm talking style wise I'm not going in that direction? Of course we can still do their songs though!!)

If you're interested, please PM me and I'll try to reply ASAP! We can exchange contact no. in PM and share our samples through whatsapp or something. I believe this is a two-way street so I'll definitely send my vocal samples when I receive yours. I want every member to be happy with the sound we're gonna create after all :)

Thank you so much for reading all the way through! Hope to hear from you.

Awkward. I meant "dual" language in the title, not duo. But I can't edit it for some reason. Still looking for people though so this is a small bump! Please hit me up :D
