Cubase 5 & Guitar Rig 4 help

Well.
I've been able to hook up guitar rig to cubase 5 and play along with a track.
I tried recording. Everything was fine.
But when i exported the Cubase's file (.cpr) to any type of audio format (.wav etc), my guitar turns out being clean. It's as if the Guitar rig insert was completely bypassed.
I listened to the playback, i could hear the effects from guitar rig. However, it seems that after exporting, it just bypasses the guitar rig.

Anyone has any idea on how to fix this issue?

freeze the track.

upon exporting, make sure your Outputs is through to the main outs 1 and 2 of your audio interface.

to use the help file press F1 inside Cubase , or search *.chm inside your cubase folder (if on pc).
