A repost
Up for sale and probably amongst the first if not THE first to arrive in town. The Boss Angry Driver. These are overbooked in BOSS for months. Guitar Centre and Musicians Friend recently received their first batch and they don't ship here. A friend bought 2 units personally from the US and is putting one up for sale at cost.
For those not sure what this is. Its the JHS Angry Charlie and the Boss BD-2 (blues driver) in 1 pedal. Why is that so special compared to having both individual pedals? For one its more expensive to buy both pedals. Second, this Boss Angry Driver allows up to 6 different switching and pairing options between the 2 pedals at just a flick of a knob.
1) Using the BD-2 alone
2)Using the JHS alone
3) Using either the JHS OR BD-2 ( footswitch switches between the 2 . Red LED for Angry Charlie. Blue LED for BD-2)
4) Using JHS into BD-2 ( purple LED)
5) Using BD-2 into JHS (purple LED)
6) Using both BD-2 and JHS in parallel mode.
If you are using a clean amp and need/want to get all possible drive tones from a single pedal then this is it.
To my knowledge ( and don't start picking an online fight if there are any out there that are personally flown in from the US or Japan) there are none selling here as BOSS is still overbooked with the orders.
This is going at cost at $270. Its all MINT with instructions. box and even the plastic wrap.
