*SCAPE is opening the *SCAPE Music Village, a cluster of jamming studios and recording studios in hopes to further the development of young musicians. The Village will be located within *SCAPE itself and is set to become communal music-purposed spaces that are affordable, accessible, inclusive and encourages the spirit of learning. This move is also aligned with the *SCAPE 2.0 vision to provide new programmes that are appealing and relevant to youths in burgeoning areas like music and media.
Like a real village, only more music-centric, you can find studios for jamming, practice and rehearsal purposes, as well as studios dedicated to recording and promoting music here at the *SCAPE Music Village. Budding musicians can seek for advice from music industry professionals like producers, audio engineers and backline operators who will be present onsite. There is also the opportunity to use music for social good which *SCAPE strongly advocates.
If all this sounds exciting to you, *SCAPE is looking to offer two institutional tenancies for interested parties to lease and operate the music studios at *SCAPE Music Village:
Jamming Studios Institutional Tenancy
1. Lease one Jamming Studio (224.1 sqft)
2. Manage three Jamming/Rehearsal Studios (629.26 sqft, 188.48 sqft, 113.99 sqft)
Recording Studios Institutional Tenancy
1. Lease one Recording Studio made up of 3 sub-units (802.34 sqft)
