Anybody here taking part in the Eco Music Challenge 2012?

Some of my friends are going in for this. I'm thinking about it too. Any tips on what works for this contest? The prize money is pretty good. Is SOFT helping members to produce their songs for the contest, like the service that they offered last year?

Hi Joe

I know quite a few SOFTies who are taking part. You can check out the finalist from last year and get an idea what they are looking for. Usually melodic, positive, easy to understand and sing.

I can't help with the recording but if you really could not find a place to record, let me know and I can recommend you some studios.

I will give it a try but my fave genre is more rock and alternate. Not sure if they will go for that sort of stuff.
