have been playing the drums for about 8-9 years (as of 2011) - mostly in church, so i have a pretty good grasp of a range of genres (though more to the pop side). had a short stint with the NUS jazz band, and was in a jazz combo in UNC while i was on exchange as well (but don't expect crazy stuff!).

favourite bands at present are the DAVE MATTHEWS BAND, MuteMath and the Killers. they are awesome.
