Alan Koh from guitar77 is a pretty good teacher, I've been under him for a few mths now and have learned a great deal of music theory and techniques from him.
However, if you don't practise, he won't teach you either.

You'll see Uncle Alan at g77 quite often. He is often there with his guitar and beer in hand. After jamming with him and watching him record, I can attest that he is definitely an awesome guitarist

most teacher would charge between $15 - $25 per hour for begineers. $25 - $40 for intermediate. $50 per hour and above for advance.
it will depend on individual student's style of learning and commitment level. the teacher would adjust their charges accordingly.
i think we can list the teachers' name and website here but let's not list the charges as this should be discussed between the teacher and student.
