I hope your boss allows u to go on those major dates.
Lady bosses are one thing. As long as u sit down n talk to them in a symphathetic way professionally, they will approve your leave some how.
If i were u, i wouldn't be honest about taking leave just to go to concerts cos the chances of approval is slim. I'm not trying to be bad at work. For other bands, maybe it doesnt matter if my leave isnt approved. But for Megadeth, Dream Theater i simply cannot forgo. hahaha.... Either leave or i call in sick a day in advance.
My Job im doing is even worst and tough to apply leave!
I have to ask around if my team mates can come back and cover me for the day while im on leave. Its like a begging process as im a shifter. Lucky managed to get leave for Megadeth. Last year's Slayer concert i took MC. Just too bad...for my company.
anyway, i still performed well at work and got promoted with no hic cups.
