Hey there! I'm a beginner hoping to purchase my first acoustic guitar. My price range is around $200 and I don't mind secondhand guitars. There are some guitars that I've seen on carousell and is currently considering. Hope to get some suggestions on which one to take or other better models that I can consider! Thanks a bunch! :)

1. Swing M NA OP
2. Swing SM-100 OP
3. Fina 3150
4. Takamine D1N-NS

They're all around the price range of 150 - 180

Hi,

Dun go for second hand. You should go around and hear for yourself the sound. Buy a guitar suit your style of playing. Anyway, all the guitars you mentioned are in Peninsula.

My recommendation for beginners and students is Protege SA-1 from Maestro. If I not wrong is about $199. Maestro is in Peninsula too.

These models (I've tried them in store) are within your price range as well:

*Stagg SA30D (TYMC)
*Tanglewood TW28 (TYMC)
*Ibanez PF15 (Swee Lee)

If you want something really light and portable but still sounds awesome, I'd strongly recommend the Veelah Togo Spruce from SV Guitars in Peninsula.

But yes, do try the guitars out (or ask the shop assistant to play for you if you're still learning) and choose the one that sounds best to you :)
