Have a beautiful instrument from Gerard Melancon. I really do love the guitar and I play almost every day, but I am now caught up in the 'semi-hollow' bug and need to free up some funds. If this doesn't sell, I wouldn't be upset really.

Anyway, I customised this guitar from Gerard in November 2016, and it was finalised in January 2017. The build thread is here:
https://www.thegearpage.net/board/index.php?threads/melancon-classic-artist-t-build-thread.1769346/
It features a black limba body, with tone chambers, a maple neck, rosewood fretboard, stainless steel medium-jumbo frets, 12" radius, and a C-shape neck depth ranging from .810 at the nut to 0.87 at the 12th fret.

Model here: http://melanconguitars.com/?s=1873

The neck is satin-finished and plays very effortlessly.

The pickups are also a thing of beauty: it's a H-S-H configuration, with a Melancon Vintage humbucker in the neck which is an Alnico 5 roughcast wound to PAF specs, a Melancon Single Coil in the middle position, and a Melancon Blues Wound humbucker in the bridge. There is a series-parallel-split coil toggle which allows you to wire the humbuckers in series or parallel or retain only one coil. Further, pull the tone knob - and you'll add the bridge pickup. Really, you can have 19 different sounds from one guitar!

It really can do it all, from the strat sounds to humbuckerish tones.

I don't know why I'm selling it actually - just putting it out here.

Asking SGD3,950.

PM me if you have any questions.

I'm not that keen to sell the guitar, but we'll see =D
