Dear all,

Looking to move a gorgeous Soloway Swan NYA. These guitars are built by Jim Soloway, a talented jazz guitarist and luthier. He's no longer building guitars, as he's decided to concentrate on teaching and playing. Has a very loyal following on The Gear Page. His work's highly favoured by many, including Steve Blutcher (head pickup designer of DiMarzio), who considered Soloway his favoured luthier.

The most distinctive feature of the Soloway Swan NYA is its 27 inch scale length, which causes notes to bloom with great clarity and sustain.

This particular model features a flamed maple neck and a chambered swamp ash body with maple top.

The five way pickup selector allows one to switch between (1) neck (2) neck and bridge combo (3) middle pickup (4) middle and bridge combo, and (5) bridge pickup. The neck and middle pickups are DiMarzio Area Ts, while the bridge pickup is a DiMarzio Virtual Solo. Nut spacing is 1 11/16. The neck is a comfortable medium C, with the neck depth ranging from 0.82 at 1st fret to about 0.92 at the 12th fret.

Think of this as a super telecaster offering you more versatility and great tone.

In fact, my actual guitar was reviewed by TheGearpage (see http://blog.thegearpage.net/?page_id=1921).

Another review by Premier Guitar is found here:

Sadly, there are a couple of scratches in the body (As displayed in the photos), but they can be buffed out.

Here's your chance to own a premier instrument!

Asking SGD2,000. Looking to move it soon. Cheers.
