Mosaic Jazz Fellows (formerly Bright Young Things) jazz mentorship programme is back! The programme began in 2010 to find and nurture the next generation of young Singapore jazz talents. Currently in its eighth year, the the programme has given 66 young musicians the opportunity to be mentored by established Singapore jazz musicians and music educators such as Joshua Wan, Dr. Tony Makarome, Andrew Lim and Chok Kerong. A maximum of ten young musicians will be selected to work with assigned instructor-mentors over a 10-week period, culminating in performances at Jazz in July, Esplanade’s month-long celebration of jazz music.
