Analog Mike has ran out of the NOS NKT-275 transistors, which is why these pedals are fetching crazy prices on the used market (just go to reverb.com to see what I mean). Truly one of the best fuzz pedals I've tried. This one has the Sun Dial to bias the transistor and a power jack so you can use a power supply.
