Our Singapore Fund (OSF) is an umbrella fund comprising MCCY’s Our Singapore Fund, Tote Board Social Service Fund – New Programmes and VentureForGood (Youth) Grant. MCCY’s Our Singapore Fund is now open for application from 15 Dec 2016 – 15 Feb 2017. More information on OSF and the online application form is available at http://www.sg/oursingaporefund .

Our Singapore Fund (OSF) supports meaningful projects by passionate Singaporeans that build national identity or meet social and community needs. This umbrella fund is made up of three supporting grants from the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY), Tote Board (Singapore Totalisator Board) and the Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise (raiSE).


The three funds are:

i. MCCY’s Our Singapore Fund*

MCCY’s Our Singapore Fund aims to support groups of individuals or registered Not-for-Profit Organisations who are keen to initiate projects that bring our community together, and promote our Singapore Spirit and shared values. This fund is managed in collaboration with the National Arts Council, National Heritage Board and National Youth Council.

*Our Singapore Fund is the name of the umbrella brand that represents the collection of the three grants that contribute to the broad objectives of building national identity or addressing social and community needs. The same name is also used for the grant administered by MCCY.

ii. Tote Board Social Service Fund – New Programmes

Tote Board Social Service Fund (TBSSF) is a strategic grant programme that aims to help the vulnerable groups in our community. These include persons with disabilities, seniors as well as at-risk families, children and youth. TBSSF is administered by the National Council of Social Service (NCSS). TBSSF – New Programmes category supports pilot and innovative programmes as well as the scaling up of existing programmes by registered Organisations.

iii. VentureForGood (Youth) Grant

Given by the Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise (raiSE) and administered through its partners, the VentureForGood (Youth) Grant is aimed at supporting youth social enterprise ventures that address new and emerging social needs.
