I'm from Jakarta.

I bought a Bongo HS 6 recently and I can't get the intonation, action and neck right.

what you can do on your end - remove the strings, slowly tighten the truss rod until the end (cannot tighten anymore) string up the bass and tune to pitch...try...then slowly loosen ...till your prefered action...stop, tune up, intonate.
