1984 vintage Japanese guitar made by Fujigen: Get that vintage feel and look without the high price!
This is a 1984 Greco EC68-JS John Sykes Mint Collection custom with long tenon, brass nut, Greco-brand Grover style tuners. No pickguard unfortunately. Maple top on mahogany back.Pickup rings have been changed as well at the pickups. Pickups are a 1976 Maxon U-1000 (Alnico 8) in the bridge and a 1977 Maxon U-1000 (Alnico 8) bridge in the neck. Tonally it really nails that 70's Thin Lizzy rock sound.
Neck profile is a 59 style. The jumbo frets have some minor wear but the neck is straight, truss rod works fine and it plays great.
There is some finish wear around the edges and back with some light dents and very small chips but it really looks like a mild natural relic.
Comes with a simple black nylon gigbag.
