Tips for learning piano on a budget

Any tips for a beginner wanting to learn to play the piano on a tight budget?
Should i get a keyboard to practice, if so what keyboard should i get?
I did some research and most of them is telling me to get a 88key keyboard which is expensive and out of budget
Things i have: A burning passion haha.

Haha the problem is it's only 61 keys and not 88. I'm told I should get an 88

If you are just starting out and budget is a concern, 61 keys is ok.

Are you interested in playing popular music or classical music? The reason why you may need a 88 keys is when you are playing classical pieces that uses those higher and lower notes.

If you are just playing popular music, you can simply adjust your playing to the available 61 notes.

Actually it is quite close to a new Casio CDP130 price try go look for Absolute Piano they are running promotion now Casio CDP130 at only SGD$ 599 (most likely a showroom set) . The other showroom set around this price is Korg LP-170 (compete with CDP130) around the same price at CityMusic. I dont think there is any new (or showroom set) 88 weight key cheaper than this.
