Looking for an entry level acoustic guitar

Hi all... I've been wondering which electric acoustic guitar I should get.
My funds are around 200-230 and I'm trying to look for a decent one.
Any recommendations maybe? So far I'm looking at Cort AD810E-NS..
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

The Sigma range is much overlooked & the QC on show is superb. However, do consider the Takamine selections as well.

Any Cort (Swee Lee) or J & D (Ranking Sports & Music) Solid top around 200 to 300 should be good nuff.
Oh by the way, ask for a free setup if the action is more than 2.75mm.
No free setup, don't buy.

Go get a Maestro Protege SA-1CE. It is a well known Singapore brand and the size is a little smaller than the standard acoustic. Great to start out as well as for home practice. You can get one at Peninsula there for $250 with a gig bag included. Look around for the shop that sells Maestro guitars. I didn't regret ever since changing to this acoustic. If you need to go on stage, then you will save the hassle of setting up an extra mic by plugging it in to your soundboard, or your amp in other cases. Seriously though, that is a great guitar. :)
