Following an extensive review of operations, SAE Creative Media Institute has made the difficult decision to cease its Singapore operations in October 2016. Rising costs and declining demand for creative media education across Singapore, coupled with increased competition, has meant that we cannot continue to deliver world-class teaching and learning programs in the long term.

From the end of November 2015, SAE will be in a ‘teach-out’ phase, with the final intake of diploma and degree students completing their studies in October next year. Most importantly, all current students will have sufficient time to complete the courses in which they enrolled – and to graduate with a world-class qualification from SAE.

We will be exiting the Singapore market on a high note, having established SAE as a pioneer in creative media education in Asia and educated more than 3,000 students in Singapore during the past 25 years. SAE will ensure the Institute’s obligations to staff, students and suppliers are honoured - and will communicate regularly with our stakeholders during the coming months.
