Forming Band (Wants secondary school people)

HI,

I'm forming a band, currently I need, Keyboardist,Guitarist, Singer and Percussionist (Drums, etc.... Preferably: Cajon)

Genre: Pop, Light Rock, Acoustic, Oldies, Chinese pop, Contemporary
Current Strength:
1 Acoustic Guitarist (me), 1 Backup Acoustic Guitarist
Progress/Direction:
Acoustic Covers > Band Covers > Original Band Composition
Influence: Boyceavenue, The Fray, Coldplay, Jason Mraz, Anthony Snape and similar artist.

Age Group: 14 - 16 (Secondary School)
Requirement: Able to play Keyboard/Guitar/Drums/Cajon or Sing

Guitar/Keyboard/:able to play above mentioned genre
Percussion: able to play instrument that goes along with above mentioned genre. (Drums: preferred if you own a potable drum, like a Cajon)
Singer: Able to sing above mentioned genre and knows singing techniques, like head voice, breathing etc.... (advantage for those in choir.)
