im real sloppy at keeping up to date with new music...and im sure this wont be new to those who might have heard it...but i just listened thru chinese democracy, and i was like...wtf? its not a bad album, but after 15 yrs of hype, erm..is this it? am i not the only one with such an opinion?
probably only 2-3 songs perked my interest up a bit...but im having difficulty recalling how they sound like now cos they are pretty hookless. other than it was really over processed. no more trainwrecks, no more booze, no more sleaze. cant think of any reason for this to be released now...it should have stayed in perpetual hype. at least people would have accorded some curiousity and eagerness to a band that once was on top of the big hair scene.
I haven't tried listening the Chinese Democracy yet, still listening to the old batch GnR 80s 90s songs hehe. Of course, i also miss them and wish they reunite? :lol:
