Music Workshop for Children

This workshop is designed especially for children who have no prior musical knowledge. Lessons include: basic note reading, playing of instruments, singing, and lots more.

So if you've always wanted to learn how to play musical instruments or be able to read music, now is your chance!

Classes are limited to 20 students and places will be given on a first-com-first-serve basis.

Music Workshop (I)
What: for children aged between 5-6 years
When: 19 to 22 December 2005; 3.30pm-5.30pm

Music Workshop (II)
What: for children aged between 7-9 years
When: 19 to 22 December 2005; 1.30pm-3.30pm
Where: 9 Penang Road, Park Mall, Level 14& 15

I know there aren't many kids in here but I'm sure there are lots of musicially-inclined parents?! LOL

Anyway, this workshop is conducted by an ex-band member of Marquee. :lol: The kids will learn basic notation in the 4-day workshop, make home-made instruments, music & movement, and lots more.

There's not much time left so if you have kids, and want a couple of hours off in the afternoon and am not really sure of what you wanna do with em (since it's the hols now), perhaps you could send them for the workshops. At least you'll be able to tell and confirm of their interest in music.
