KC or/and Hozen will be available for immediate on the spot guitar repair consulation every Saturaday at Excelsior outlet. If ya guitar needs to see the doc and ya wanna the answer immediately, do come down to excelsior on Sat. Opening hours are 1230 to 1930.
For immediate enquiries on guitar repair during weekdays, you can check in your guitars in at Esplanade Outlets, Mon, tues, sats: Vincent will be on duty.
Do take note that our in store clinic can only solve minor problems. Major repairs such as re-fretting and neck resets or refinishing will be done at our main workship.
