Default need someone with garageband to help me pls

Hi. I was on my friends mac recording some simple jam tracks. thing is, I dont have garageband so i cant access it.

I need someone to open the file, and export it as mp3 so i can play it in winamp and use in audacity. I can play the recording of my guitar but theres no distortion. so i need the dist and drum track back pls

its a mac thing with preset drum beats and stuff. I havent used either much becuase ive got a shit soundcard

GB on Mac OS has a one-click feature to export the songs to iTunes in AIFF format - you convert to MP3 from there.

I'll be glad to help if you wish - just flick the file over.
