Default puzzled on which beginner guitar

hey everyone.
i went to peninsular today to look for some beginner package.
3 of the caught my eyes.

One of them is SX G11K which has a lot of positive review on it.

Another one was SX EG-3, i have no idea what is the specs and how good it is.
It is around $10-$15 more than SX G11K. How it is better? Anyone has any idea?

The last one, or i shall say 2 is LTD Viper-10 and LTD F-10.
These 2 cost exactly $100 more than the aboves guitar.
Is the $100 worth the money?
Since it is a beginner guitar, we need to buy another guitar when we progress, by that time we can already consider $1000+ guitar already.
It is worth to buy Any of the LTD as the specs are really awesome?

I had search for reviews online for the guitar above except for SX EG-3 AND SX Viper-10.
Anyone can give some suggestion between these 4 guitars with respect to the prices.

I play power/speed metal like x japan mostly. And also some JRock bands.
Which guitar are more suitable?

thanks everyone.

I would go for the LTD. They are better built guitars than the SX.

oh.
So the 100 bucks is worthwhile?

Btw, as for LTD, which one are better.
Viper-10 or F-10?
F-10 looks similar to dir en grey - kaoru guitar. =/

but for the sound quality and such, which is the better one?

I would strongly recommend the LTDs but the choice between the viper or the f-10 should be yours.. The specs are roughly the same..
Same pup, same amount of frets, same wood etc etc.. The only difference is the body and the tune o' matic bridge.. So you gotta try to see which one fits you the best..

Hey bro.. It seems like all the guitars you are considering are from Davis..
It's best to talk to the staff over there.. They can recommend to you on the spot, and best thing is they can even demo for you..

But do remember, there are other great beginner guitars at other shops as well, namely:
Staggs at Zen Guitarshop
Timbre at Standard Value

Hi Hito, I've pm-ed you and you reply really fast!
Sorry can't help you out which one is better in terms of sound quality for the LTD. Like I said you could consider these 2 options:

1. Get the LTD starter pack
2. Get my guitar and then get a 2nd hand amplifier at the buy/sell section.

For option 2, here are some links you could check out.

My Guitar: http://soft.com.sg/forum/guitar-buy-...380-cheap.html

Amplifier: http://soft.com.sg/forum/guitar-amp-...ctice-amp.html - Good price for a practice amp

Amplifier: http://soft.com.sg/forum/guitar-amp-...amp-cheap.html - Try and deal below $80

thanks everyone for giving suggestion.
I think the next time i go down again i will try out stagg and the LTD.
If SX is really not that bad i might consider them too.
My initial budget is below $300.
Just that i sort of browse through the shop and saw the cheap LTD.

Btw, as Viper-10 and F-10 are very old models.
Is there any significant problems?

SX is NOT THAT BAD but it will not be a pro-level instrument unless you put in blood sweat and money into upgrading it to your favourite specs. I think LTD is more worth ur while
