We did ask, that... did u buy it yourself or thru ur parents money. And you said ur parents didnt mind and that ur not using the bird anymore, thus the reason for selling it.

I'm not pissed at not getting the guitar, but be more specific and ask your parents if you wanna sell anything that they bought for you.

BUT SERIOUSLY.... any agreed deal over the phone/sms should be honoured.

Same thing happened to me 2 months ago. Seller suddenly changed his mind just becos response is good. Decided to jack up the price of his drums. I told him I don't need that SH*T because I can easily afford a brand new set by just selling one wheel cover from my Merc.

That's not fair. I suggest future transactions that involve similar circumstances, the seller should be PENALISED.

SUGGESTED PENALTY:
(1) $20 for kopi & taxi to the buyer, or
(2) $50 donation to S.O.F.T. website

Can S.O.F.T. enforce the rule?
