AC Female > IEC Male. question

hi there, i'd like to ask the guys here who may be familliar on this aspect.

i got a macdesktop which I'd like to use a UPS with.
however the mac only uses 3pin AC Power socket male.and the UPS i got is IEC female.

or what are the alternatives? or where can i get this? or make it?

I wanna : MAC > AC 3PIN > CONVERTER > IEC > UPS > wall socket.
